HARI received from the Department of Transportation (DOTr) the Certificate of Compliance (COC) for its HD50S Class 3 Modern Jeepney, marking another milestone in the company's staunch support for public transport modernization. With COC’s already given to Hyundai H-100 Class 1 and Hyundai HD50S Class 2 in 2019, this latest certification gives HARI the distinction of being the first and only brand with a full lineup of modern jeepneys that meet Philippine National Standards (PNS).

Foundation Inc.’s (HFI) Hyundai New Thinkers Circuit (HNTC) program is slated to graduate by end-July with a Bachelor’s degree in BS Applied Physics Major in Instrumentation from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. HNTC now counts four scholars who successfully made it through their chosen science courses.

      • June 8, 2020. Hyundai-Petron Partnership to Drive DOTr’s Libreng Sakay Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI), the official Philippine distributor of the leading Korean auto brand in the country, and Petron Corporation, the country’s largest oil company, forged a new partnership to support the Department of Transportation’s (DOTr) Libreng Sakay program.

      • January 30, 2020. HARI showcases its full lineup of Hyundai Modern Jeepneys—the H-100 Class 1, the HD50S Class 2, and the debuting HD50S Class 3 at the Negoshow Oro Mobility Expo held at Hyundai Trucks and Buses Calamba dealership. The event saw 16 transport cooperatives signing MOUs for the purchase of Modern Jeepney units. The power trio makes HARI the first player of the national PUV Modernization Program (PUVMP) to complete its lineup of Modern Jeepney offerings.
      • January 25, 2020. Inauguration of the first-ever Hyundai PC dealership in the Cordilleras Hyundai Baguio City, managed by Grit Motors Corporation.
      • January 23, 2020. Inauguration of Hyundai Angeles, the second Hyundai PC dealership in Pampanga and the third in Central Luzon operated by the Hizon group.
      • January 21, 2020. HARI officially turned over the initial batch of Hyundai HD50S Class 2 Modern Jeepneys to the Public Transport Alliance of Gensan (PTAG).
